Quotes and bookings
- Sending a quote request through this website doesn't create a contract or commit you to anything. It's simply a request for us to contact you.
- We'll confirm the price of any work before we carry it out. A contract between us is formed only when you agree to that price and we confirm the booking.
- Some work depends on what we find when we inspect your vehicle. For example, a puncture can only be repaired if the damage is safe to repair. If the work needed is different from what was quoted, we'll explain why and agree a new price with you before going ahead.
- Further terms that apply to the work itself, such as payment, will be explained to you when you book.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
Using this website
