Mobile tyre fitting in Poole, Bournemouth and across Dorset

Mobile tyre fitting means the tyre shop comes to you. Tell us your registration and where the car is, and one of our technicians will drive to your home, workplace or roadside and fit your new tyres on the spot. There's no garage drop-off, no waiting room and no lift home to arrange. In most cases we can fit your tyres the same day.

We started fitting tyres at people's front doors in 1990, long before it was common. Today our fully equipped vans cover Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and the whole of Dorset from our depots in Poole and Shaftesbury, seven days a week.

How mobile fitting works

1. Get a price. Call us or send a quick quote request with your registration or tyre size. We'll give you an all-in price for budget, mid-range or premium tyres.
2. Pick a time and place. Home, work, a car park or the roadside. Wherever the car is, we can usually reach it.
3. We fit, you carry on. Your technician removes the old tyres, fits and balances the new ones, fits new valves and sets the pressures. You can stay at your desk or on the sofa.

All we need is a bit of space around the car and your locking wheel nut key, if your car has one. If the key is lost or damaged, tell us when you book and we'll remove the locking wheel nuts first.

What's included in the price

Our quotes are all-in, so the price we give is the price you pay:

• The tyre itself, chosen from budget, mid-range and premium options
• Fitting at your home, work or the roadside
• Wheel balancing on site
• A new rubber valve for each tyre
• Responsible disposal of your old tyres

What our vans carry

Each of our eight vans is a workshop on wheels. A tyre changing machine, a wheel balancer and a compressor mean we can do on your driveway exactly what a tyre shop does in its bay. We fit tyres for cars, vans, 4x4s, caravans, motorhomes and trailers.

When to book new tyres

You don't have to wait for a flat. It's worth booking a fitting if you notice:

• Tread close to the legal limit of 1.6mm
• Cracks, bulges or cuts in the sidewall
• A tyre that keeps losing pressure
• Uneven wear on one edge, which can point to an alignment problem
• Vibration through the steering wheel at speed

We'll give you a full price upfront that covers the tyres, fitting, balancing, new valves and disposal of your old tyres, so there are no surprises on the day. If you're happy to come to us, our Poole depot is where we can offer our best price.

Where can you fit my tyres?

Almost anywhere the car is parked safely with a little space around it: your driveway, the street outside your house, a workplace car park or the roadside. If you're not sure, tell us when you book.

Do I need to be there while you fit the tyres?

Not always. As long as we can get to the car and have the locking wheel nut key, many customers carry on with their day while we work. We'll agree the details when you book.
