What information we collect
When you ask for a quote or callback
Our quote form asks only for what we need to call you back with a price. Depending on the service, that is:
- the service you need, and whether you'd like us to come to you or visit our depot
- your vehicle registration (for tyre and parts quotes), and the make, model and tyre sizes we look up from it
- your tyre size, if you tell us
- your postcode, or your exact location if you choose to share it from your phone or browser (for mobile fitting and emergency callouts). We only receive your location when you press "Use my current location", and we use it only to find you.
- your phone number, and your name if you choose to give it
- any note you add
- the page of our website you sent the form from
When you call, email or book work with us
We keep the details you give us so we can quote, carry out and invoice the work. This includes your name, contact details, vehicle details, where the work is to be done, and records of the work and payment.
When you use our website
Our website host automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the website running securely. We don't use it to identify you.
For cookies and similar technologies, see our cookie policy.

Who we share your information with
We share information only where needed, with:
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts our website and receives quote form submissions on our behalf
- Tyresoft, our garage software provider, which looks up your vehicle and its tyre sizes when you enter your registration

- authorities, such as HMRC or the police, where the law requires it
Some of these providers, including Netlify and Google, may process information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are made with the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK-US data bridge or approved contract clauses.
How long we keep your information
- Quote and callback requests that don't lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted
- Records of work carried out, invoices and payments: 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax and company records
- Website technical logs: kept by our host for a short period for security, then deleted
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you

How we keep your information safe
We use reputable providers, our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to do the job.
