4.9 from 776 Google reviewsBournemouth is right next door to our Poole depot, so it's one of the easiest places for our vans to reach. Mobile tyre fitting in Bournemouth means we come to you: on the drive at home, in the car park at work, or at the roadside if a tyre has let you down. Most jobs are done the same day.
Our main depot at 31A Banbury Road sits in north Poole, close to the Bournemouth boundary. From there it's a short run along the A3049 towards Wallisdown, Kinson and Ensbury Park, or across to Winton, Moordown and Charminster. If it suits you better, you can drive to the depot instead. Every service is available there as well as at your home, work or the roadside.
The A338 Wessex Way carries a huge amount of Bournemouth's traffic, from the Spur Road down past the Cooper Dean roundabout into the town centre. Castle Lane is another busy one, with traffic for the hospital and the Castlepoint shops. When a tyre fails on roads like these, it's rarely somewhere you'd want to change a wheel yourself.
That's what our emergency tyre callout is for. It runs seven days a week, including out of hours. If the tyre can be saved, we'll say so. A nail in the central part of the tread can often be fixed with a puncture repair under the BS AU 159 standard. Damage to the sidewall or shoulder can't, and we'll be honest with you about that.
Plenty of Bournemouth drivers don't have a drive. In Boscombe, Westbourne, Southbourne and the streets back from the seafront, cars are often parked on the road or in a shared car park, and we're used to working around that. In summer, the town fills up with visitors, and a flat tyre on a holiday weekend is the last thing anyone wants.
A missing locking wheel nut key can also hold up a tyre change. If yours has gone astray, we offer locking wheel nut removal using specialist tools that won't damage the wheel. Christchurch is just along the coast, and we cover it too. See our Christchurch page.
