Covering Ringwood · 7 days a week
New tyres, puncture repairs and more, fitted at your home, work or the roadside in Ringwood — usually the same day, seven days a week.
4.9 from 776 Google reviewsRingwood is just over the county line in Hampshire, but it's very much part of our patch. Our mobile tyre fitting in Ringwood covers the town, Poulner and the villages on the edge of the New Forest. We'll come to your home, your work or the roadside, usually on the same day.
Our main depot is in Poole, and Ringwood is an easy run up the A31 through Ferndown and St Leonards. From the town, our vans can be out on the A338 towards Fordingbridge, or heading into the Forest towards Burley, just as easily. Each van carries a tyre machine, balancer and compressor, so the whole job is done where your car is parked.
The A31 is the road most people use to get here, and it can be a tough one. It's a fast dual carriageway linking Dorset with the M27, and it's busy all year. A blowout there needs dealing with quickly and safely, which is what our emergency tyre callout is for. We're open seven days a week, with an out-of-hours emergency callout for blowouts.
Ringwood is a gateway to the New Forest, and that means caravans, motorhomes and trailers, especially in summer. There are holiday and touring parks along the A31 around St Leonards and Ashley Heath, and plenty of locals keep a tourer on the drive between trips.
Caravan tyres often go before the tread wears down. If a van has stood all winter, look for cracking in the sidewalls before you set off. Our mobile caravan tyre fitting means we can replace them on site, so you don't have to tow on tyres you're unsure of.
Driving round Ringwood often means sharing the road with ponies, cattle and cyclists on unfenced Forest roads, where gravel verges and potholes take their toll on tyres. Pulling onto a rough verge to let something pass is often how a sidewall gets damaged. We'll always check whether a puncture can be repaired, but sidewall damage can't be fixed safely, and we'll tell you so.
For most Ringwood customers, mobile fitting is simply easier than a trip to the depot. If you're in Verwood or the villages to the west, the same team covers you. See our Verwood page.
